Sponsor Eligibility:
All sponsors will be subject to approval through the registration process. MNPQC may reject sponsors that do not align with the mission and vision of MNPQC or are not relevant to the Summit’s target audience.

Cancellations:
Sponsorship registration fees, less a $200 cancellation/change fee, are refundable if notice is received a month before the event. No shows will be billed. If you do not receive an email prior to the program with details, please email [email protected] to confirm your registration.

Release for Photography, Video, Artwork, and Images:
Photos and videos will be taken during the conference and evening events. By taking part in the event, you grant MNPQC full rights to use the images resulting from photography and filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity, or other purposes to help achieve MNPQC’s mission and goals. This might include, but is not limited to, the right to use photos/video in printed and online communications, including social media, press releases, and funding applications. MNPQC is the undisputed owner of all images for original use and any subsequent reuse for which you shall receive no compensation. This release and the taking of photographs or video does not obligate MNPQC to utilize the images.
